Some styles include conductive materials designed to allow electrical contact between the wearer and certain outdoor surfaces under certain conditions. Whether contact occurs depends on the surface, moisture, wear, construction of the shoe, and other factors. Many indoor floors, coated or insulated surfaces, rubber flooring, and paved surfaces will not provide that contact. We do not warrant that any pair will conduct in any particular place or at any particular time.

Photographs, videos, meter readings, and other demonstrations show only what is being measured in that demonstration. They are not evidence of a health, wellness, or performance result.

We do not claim, and you should not rely on any statement as a claim, that Omstep footwear will improve pain, sleep, inflammation, circulation, stress, mood, energy, recovery, athletic performance, or any other physical or mental condition. Individual experience varies. No outcome is guaranteed.

Omstep footwear is not safety footwear, occupational footwear, electrical personal protective equipment, or prescription or orthopedic medical footwear. Do not use it as protection from electrical, industrial, chemical, or workplace hazards.

If you are changing from conventional cushioned or elevated heels, use your own judgment about how quickly to increase wear. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Omstep LLC is not responsible for discomfort or injury resulting from use inconsistent with ordinary consumer footwear or the product’s intended use.
